Yoga and Meditation

As a teacher I draw on my own transformative experience of yoga and meditation to share practices that nurture and support ease in both mind and body.

I teach breath-led, yoga and meditation with a therapeutic approach. As a sound artist, I am drawn to yoga as a practice that cultivates a deeper quality of listening – an invitation to become more present and, in turn, to find greater compassion in how we relate to ourselves and to one another.

In my classes, I encourage people to listen with care to their own needs. I teach a moving meditation that combines contemplative practices with flowing sequences and moments of stillness. My intention is to offer a balanced experience, grounding and uplifting, with opportunities to build strength and stability, as well as space to rest and release.

I believe in the importance of offering options in yoga so that the practice is inclusive and adaptable to every body. I have over nine years’ experience teaching a wide range of people in different settings: studios, online, at home, and in the workplace. I love teaching both groups and individuals one-to-one.
